Mike Adekunle was the first ever host of the Idols West Africa franchise. He hosted the first edition of the critically acclaimed reality TV show Amstel Malta Box Office and is currently producing and hosting The Treatment, an entertainment review show on YouTube.
Adam Bearne was trained at the prestigious Cardiff Journalism School in Cardiff, Wales. He moved to the United States in 2011 and worked as a freelancer, including at the BBC bureau in Washington. He now holds a staff position as a news producer with Eurovision Americas.
Donna Davis is an author, blogger, and former radio show host for Fairfax Public Radio. Always up for a new adventure, Donna has performed in theater and standup comedy and sings professionally. You can see her tooling around Washington, D.C., on her pink scooter when the weather is nice.
Heather Godwin trained as an actress in New York and spent her youth working on stage and in local television, commercials, and theme parks. She transitioned into production work at Nickelodeon Studios at Universal Studios. She has worked for Nat Geo Live and AFI Silver Docs and as a freelance actress.
Simon Harrington received a degree in journalism from the George Washington University. He was a researcher for WJLA-TV head political reporter Jim Clark during the presidential campaign of 1996. He also worked at OCTS Channel 5 in Canby, Oregon, as a general assignment reporter.
Gavan Kennedy is currently pursuing an MA in documentary filmmaking at George Mason University. He headed the Irish American Information Service in DC and also served on President Clinton’s Northern Ireland Advisory Committee. He has also testified before Congress on human rights issues in Northern Ireland.
Nan Khan earned a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and worked in Washington, D.C., as a paralegal, and she spent time in Los Angeles furthering her career in the entertainment industry. Nan has worked as a TV/radio host, red carpet reporter, news anchor, narrator, and actress/model.
Amy Treat has a degree in early childhood education from the University of South Carolina. She has taught in Fairfax County Pubic Schools and is an actress and choreographer. Her acting and dancing work can be seen in many Northern Virginia theater productions.
Suzanna Woodhead graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a BA in liberal arts. She is an actress and model who has appeared in various television, theater, film, commercial, and print productions. She also does Latin, swing, ballroom, and country dance.
