Gabe Roth is executive director of Fix the Court. Previously, he managed the Coalition for Court Transparency, a national alliance of media and legal organizations that advocated for the broadcast of Supreme Court proceedings, among other issues. He has an undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a master’s from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.

Anthony Marcum is research associate with the governance team at the R Street Institute. He previously served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia and U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He holds a BA from Ohio State University, a JD from Rutgers Law School, and an LL.M from Georgetown University Law Center.
