James Kidd has worked in the publishing industry for nearly 20 years. He has edited books, magazines, newspapers, policy papers, newsletters, op-eds, and various other writings. He was assistant editor of This Rock magazine, managing editor of the Philadelphia Bulletin, and assistant director of research editing at the Heritage Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Dallas.

Matthew Butterman is a writer, communications specialist, and special event promoter. He creates marketing and communications strategies for special events, businesses, and charitable causes. Several of the events he started have grown to be internationally renowned, and he consults with trade shows and special events worldwide to develop media and corporate partnerships. He studied history and business at the University of Virginia and is co-owner and news editor for Handbuilt Bicycle Guide.
