Lynn S. Kahn earned a PhD in clinical psychology from the American University. She worked as an organizational psychologist inside federal agencies for 32 years, including six-and-a-half years on the White House Partnership to Reinvent Government. She has worked toward goals such as customer service at the Internal Revenue Service, 21st-century jobs, airspace modernization, juvenile justice reform, probation reform, and reducing homelessness.
